Our platform enables customers to submit pickup requests for eligible scrap materials and access our related recycling and second-hand spare parts services.

Subject to availability, E-scrapbazar may provide the following services:

• Doorstep scrap pickup
• Purchase of eligible household, commercial, and industrial scrap
• Collection of recyclable metals and materials
• E-waste collection
• Purchase of old appliances and equipment
• Second-hand and refurbished spare parts
• Pickup services within our designated service areas

Certain features of E-scrapbazar may require you to create an account. By registering, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate and up-to-date information
• A valid mobile number may be required for registration and OTP verification
• Your account information must not be knowingly false or misleading
• Your account is personal and should not be transferred to another person
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and access credentials
• E-scrapbazar may suspend or restrict accounts associated with fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity

When placing a pickup request, customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the scrap items and pickup location. The following conditions apply:

• A clear photograph of the scrap item may be required
• A valid pickup address within our service area is required
• The requested pickup date and time are preferences and are not guaranteed
• Our team may contact the customer before arriving at the pickup location
• The actual quantity, weight, type, and condition of the material may be verified at the time of pickup
• E-scrapbazar may refuse a pickup if the item does not meet our acceptance, safety, legal, or operational requirements

Prices displayed on the website or application, where available, are indicative only and may change according to prevailing market conditions. The final price may depend on:

• Type of material
• Weight or quantity
• Quality and condition
• Grade or composition of the material
• Current market rates
• Inspection and verification at the time of pickup

Customers may cancel a pickup request before the pickup is completed.

• No cancellation fee is normally charged
• E-scrapbazar may cancel or reject a request if the item, address, customer information, or circumstances do not meet our requirements
• A rejected or cancelled request may be rescheduled where appropriate
• Repeated fraudulent, abusive, or deliberately misleading requests may result in account restrictions

E-scrapbazar does not knowingly purchase or collect materials that are prohibited by law or that create unacceptable safety risks. Examples include:

• Hazardous or radioactive materials
• Medical or biological waste
• Explosives
• Weapons and ammunition
• Stolen or illegally obtained goods
• Items subject to ownership disputes or legal proceedings
• Any other material that our team reasonably considers unsafe, unlawful, or unsuitable for collection

By submitting an item for sale or pickup, the customer represents that they have the legal right and authority to sell or dispose of the item.

Customers must not submit stolen, illegally obtained, disputed, or unauthorized property.

E-scrapbazar may request reasonable information or documentation where ownership or legality of an item is unclear.

E-scrapbazar may offer second-hand or refurbished spare parts. Unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Parts are sold as used, second-hand, or refurbished items
• Availability of a particular part is not guaranteed
• Customers should confirm availability before visiting or purchasing
• Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility and suitability for their intended use
• Prices may change without prior notice
• Parts are generally sold without warranty or guarantee unless a specific warranty is expressly provided at the time of sale
• Customers may be required to collect parts from the designated location

E-scrapbazar may collect information necessary to provide and manage its services. This may include:

• Name and contact information
• Mobile number and OTP verification information
• Pickup address and location information
• Photos uploaded with pickup requests
• Order and transaction information
• Communications relating to customer service and pickup requests

Although E-scrapbazar aims to provide reliable service, services may occasionally be unavailable or delayed because of:

• Technical issues
• Website or application maintenance
• Network or communication problems
• Weather or other operational conditions
• Staff or vehicle availability
• Events beyond our reasonable control

To the extent permitted by applicable law, E-scrapbazar shall not be responsible for losses resulting from:

• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
• Incorrect item descriptions or photographs submitted by the customer
• Incorrect pickup information
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Temporary website, application, network, or service interruptions
• Items that are not legally owned or authorized for sale by the customer

Users must not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Create accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Submit knowingly false pickup requests
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website or application
• Use the platform for unlawful activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or our systems
• Upload malicious or harmful content

The E-scrapbazar name, logo, website content, application content, graphics, text, design, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to E-scrapbazar unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

E-scrapbazar may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operations, legal requirements, or business practices.
